Notice on Changes to eslite hotel Gift Voucher Trust Services

1. The money trust agreement between our company and Yuanta Commercial Bank expired on January 3, 2023.
   Accordingly, the trust relationship was terminated effective January 4, 2023, being the day following the final sales date of the entrusted gift vouchers. Gift vouchers previously issued under the trusteeship of Yuanta Commercial Bank are no longer available for sale.
2. The new trustee for our prepaid gift voucher trust agreement is Cathay United Bank.
