eslite hotel Voucher Usage Guidelines
These guidelines apply to physical and electronic vouchers for dining and accommodation services.
- The proceeds collected from the sale of these vouchers have been deposited into a trust account established by the issuing company at Cathay United Bank. This is a self-beneficiary trust, with the issuing company designated as the beneficiary. The trust funds are used exclusively for fulfilling the issuer’s obligation to provide goods or services associated with the vouchers.
- The trust period is one year from the date of voucher sale. Upon expiration of the trust period, the issuer may reclaim an amount equivalent to the voucher value from the trust account. However, voucher holders remain entitled to request fulfillment from the issuer in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. For information regarding voucher trust details, please visit the Cathay United Bank official website(https://www.cathaybk.com.tw/cathaybk/personal/wealth/trust/product/inquiry/#tab1)、or the Voucher Inquiry Platform(https://www.mohist.com.tw/coupon.php)。
- These vouchers are bearer negotiable instruments and must be surrendered upon use. Lost, stolen, altered, or illegible vouchers will not be reissued or accepted. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be used in multiple transactions.
- An official receipt has been issued for this voucher. Voucher values are inclusive of service charges and taxes. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. After the promotional validity period expires, the voucher may still be redeemed at its face value toward eligible purchases.
- Please retain your original receipt to protect your rights. Refund requests must follow the refund procedures established by the issuer and require supporting documentation, including proof of purchase, the original receipt, and credit card transaction slip where applicable. A 3% handling fee will be charged for voucher refunds, and any refunded promotional value will only be returned to the original purchaser of the voucher.
